Skyline Innovations finances, installs, maintains and operates commercial scale solar water heating (e.g., solar thermal) systems for mid-sized businesses and multifamily buildings. Skyline’s innovation is our ability to guarantee your savings while requiring zero capital outlay on your part – you achieve project payback on day one!
Achieve Guaranteed Energy Savings
Once installation of your solar water heating system is complete your utility bills become a fraction of what they were previously. The system uses energy from the sun to heat your water, causing your existing water heater to turn on less frequently, if at all. When your existing water heater turns on less frequently, you use less conventional fuel – natural gas, oil or propane – in turn saving you money and helping the environment.
Skyline provides revenue-grade metering of your Skyline system, meaning we measure and report to you your actual energy savings and environmental impact. Skyline guarantees savings by billing you for a fixed percentage (i.e., your “savings rate”) of your measured, actual savings delivered – if you don’t save, we don’t get paid.
